Session chairman: Hongwei Wang, the professor and doctoral tutor of school of management, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the Changjiang distinguished professor and ministry of education innovation team leader. He is also a member of the state council academic degrees committee of control science and engineering discipline review group, vice president of the China system engineering committee, the director of Hubei provincial system engineering committee. In 2011, he was awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. In 2010, he was awarded the first prize of high school natural science of Ministry of Education (First complete person). He has been engaged in the scientific research of the systems engineering, the main research directions were logistics and supply chain management, public safety and emergency management, project management.
